Michael Vick once the NFL’s highest paid player has returned from prison and a dogfighting conviction for a second chance in football. The Philadelphia Eagles have signed Vick to a reported two year contact worth about $6.8 million. Vick will begin practicing with the team Saturday at Lehigh’s training camp in Saucon Valley.
